Points System Changes
🔑 Key Changes in the Reward System
Consistency matters more than ever.
1. New Consistency-Based Reward Weight System
Your rewards now depend on the Consistency Score — a metric that reflects how often you show positive or negative performance over the last 12 epochs.
Consistency Score Formula:
UserConsistencyScore = Math.sign(performance1) + Math.sign(performance2) + ... + Math.sign(performance12)
- Maximum: +12 (12 consecutive epochs with positive performance)
- Minimum: -12 (12 consecutive epochs with negative performance)
Reward Boost Table:
- 1 Epoch → Boost 1
- 2 Epochs → Boost 11
- 3 Epochs → Boost 29
- 4 Epochs → Boost 51
- 5 Epochs → Boost 76
- 6 Epochs → Boost 88
- 7–12 Epochs → Boost 91–96 (smooth growth)

Non-linear Growth:
- First 2 consistent epochs give modest weights (1 → 11)
- Epochs 3 to 6 — sharp growth (29 → 88)
- After 6 epochs — plateau (88 → 96)
Strategic Meaning:
- The first 6 epochs of consistency are critical for weight growth
- After 6 epochs, it's important to simply maintain consistency
- Focus on consistency, not one-time performances
2. Changes to the Leagues
We’ve updated the formulas to include a variable for consistency on all the leagues. We’ve updated Qilin to encourage a smarter and longer term approach.
Now there are two paths to success:
- Sprinters (Dragon/Phoenix) — maximum performance here and now
- Marathoners (Qilin) — consistency + performance over time
| League | Selection Criteria | What Gets Rewarded |
|---|---|---|
| Dragon | Top positive performance | Successful trading results |
| Phoenix | Top negative performance | Terrible trading results |
| Qilin | Top (Consistency × Performance) | Successful long term trading |
🐉 Dragon League
- Goal: Maximum positive performance in the current epoch
- Top 10: Players with the best positive performance
- Reward Formula (NEW!):
UserReward = (RewardPool / ΣTop10Weights) × UserRewardWeight
🔥 Phoenix League
- Goal: Maximum negative performance in the current epoch
- Top 10: Players with the best negative performance
- Reward Formula (NEW!): Identical to Dragon League
UserReward = (RewardPool / ΣTop10Weights) × UserRewardWeight
🦄 Qilin League (NEW!)
- Goal: Long-term consistency × current performance Unlike Dragon/Phoenix, where maximum performance in the current epoch wins, Qilin considers your long-term consistency and your performance.
- Top 10: Players with the best Consistency Score of all time
- Reward Formula:
UserReward = (RewardPool / ΣTop10|Performances×Weights|) × |UserPerformance × UserRewardWeight|
3. Anti-Abuse Protection
Switching from being a good performer to being a bad one will damage your chances of being rewarded at all.
- League Exclusivity Rule: You cannot play both sides simultaneously (good performance vs bad performance)
- Zero Consistency Rule: If
ConsistencyScore = 0, rewards are not distributed in any league- Makes it almost impossible for spammers to win.
- Random players (Score ≈ 0) don't affect distribution.
We are eager to see how these changes affect participation and behavior in the leagues. These changes are live starting from November 5th’s new epoch. Stay consistent.
